Feel secure in planning your dream tour with our Cancellation Protection. Add Any-Reason Protection to your bookings for just $199, allows you to cancel your trip any time. Act promptly – secure AnyReason Protection for tours up to 75 days before departure (90 days for select dates) during online checkout or by contacting us. 

The following situation will apply only if you did not purchase the AnyReason Protection.  We understand that sometimes life plays its untimely tricks on us. For this, we have cancellation policies in places to help with any emergency or last minutes cancelation.   

• Cancel 75 days before check-in and receive a full voucher for future bookings.   
• Cancellation 30 days before check-in will have a $500 fee and balance will forward toward a voucher for future bookings. 
• Cancellation within 30 days of check in are deemed earned because our vendors and partners would have already been paid by this time.  However, the balance not paid to vendors will be calculated and forwarded to a future booking or refunded including (meals, shuttle rides and certain non advance purchase entrance fees) . In all three cases, the initial payment of $500 is non refundable.
